Charter of Yamaguchi clan [MUST READ]

1.1 Management Bank Yamaguchi

The management of the bank is currently subject to some bugs to avoid mess and improve the organization , deposit must be made by - and only by - the Oyabun and his officers . It is strictly forbidden to our members to deposit anything in the cabal bank. Your various donations (components, Badges, parts invocation Lair aspect diagram , etc. ) will be sent to your officers or ingame ( exchange function ) or by mail (via postal services in London ). This is the safest because it leaves a trace in our inboxes .

1.2 Attendance at events Yamaguchi

All Yamaguchi is free or not to participate in events organized by the Cabal. The absence in our events will not result in sanctions. However, it will not be entitled to any benefit relating to that event. Those who wish to join are urged to read the updated " INFO " manager Guild ( ingame ) and arise from the Oyabun or one of its officers. The most convenient way to answer this as a result of different ads on the forum "COCKTAIL EVENTS". This allows you to set groups and organize bearings depending on the participants and their specialties to leave anyone in the lurch.

For members who are used to play pick-up, remember to ask first on the channel if the Yamaguchi would be interested in forming a group unexpectedly. Otherwise, find all the dates of our trips in the "PROJECT" tab forum.


1.3 Event Lair Clan Yamaguchi

Events " Lair " or " Farming " with a high rate of harvest signets, the master loot will be activated and all badges will be placed in the Cabal's bank. All other types of gains go also supplied the trunk of our Cabal.

The badges will be dropped and collected by Oyabun or the officers

Each person who has participated in three events of this type will automatically receive a Blue signet (minor head or weapon) of their choice from those available in the Cabal's bank. This gain will be renewable every three such events : the end of the third , the end of the sixth, etc.

Drop rate is very low for Major signet , meanwhile, will also be in our safe and distributed only in purple (epic) based on ranks and the participation of everyone in the Cabal.


1.4 Parts invocation Lairs

These parts will be managed by Oyabun and his officers. Because of their excessive number , the blue parts will be stored in our personal bank coffers. And , in order to establish a solid stock to invoke different creatures base at Yamaguchi outputs. The purple parts ( invocation Boss Region) will be the views of each and all within a post in this forum, to inform you of the progress of events " Lair". Before attending an event organized of this type, each responsible for the event must retrieve pieces of invocation already in the Cabal's bank.


In order not to kill the goose that lays the golden eggs, any personal use (with other or pick- up) of these parts out of the Lair of Yamaguchi will be sanctioned by immediate exclusion of the Clan.


2.1 Assessment and Bank Cabal (Excluding Lairs)

This is not an obligation , but know that contribute to the Cabal is eligible for benefits.

2.1.1 Contributing with Pax Romana
Once paid (at least) 200 000 pax romana per month at the start of each event Cabal, a pure anima will be distributed according to your specialty (DPS, TANK, HEAL). And every hour depending on the duration of events. Thanks to your donations of money via the menu "TURNING MONEY" (available from the Bank interface), the Oyabun and his officers will be responsible for crafting these pure Anima potions and the dispatcher.

 The gift of pax romana automatically leaves a trace in the history of the Cabal (tab "Journal" of the manager) therefore it will be easy to recognize the contributions of each.

2.1.2 Contributing to Components
Contributing to the Cabal components PURE FIRE, PURE WATER and DUST PURE provides the same permission as up. To send your materials : by mail or direct exchange with Oyabun or its officers. The minimum contribution required to enjoy the same benefit (potion pure anima) is calculated according to the following rule : two hundred (200) per month above- mentioned components, or fifty (50) per week.

2.1.3 Contributing to minor Signet
Unless farmer for years lights, random Loot insignia is rarely consistent with our objectives upgrade. To increase the chances of getting the gear that will fly on its equipment, sharing our findings seem to be the most attractive solution.

Signets of "minor" type "head or weapons", you give 20 minors green badges of different types or not, they give you in return a Blue signets of your choice available in the Cabal's bank.
You give 20 Blue signets "minor" type "head or weapon" of the same type or different type, in exchange we give you an epic signet of your choice available in our Cabal's bank.

2.1.3 Contributing to Major Signet
Following the success of the implementation of the assessment for minors signet I decided to extend the system to major badges. The same ratio will be retained for two major major one for now and we'll see to use if we need to modify the rule.

Great powers, yes. But also a great responsibility : the Oyabun and officers are required to systematically remove all their badges in the Cabal's bank. So this fee system does not apply to their particular status.


3. Exclusion conditions of the Cabal

• Failure to comply with this Charter.
  
• Flight in the Cabal's bank (object or pax).
  
• Transmissions of our strategies to other factions.
  
• Breach of trust.
